Distribution information
1. Shipping Time
Small in-stock accessories will be shipped within 48 hours. Large agricultural machines including grain processors and harvesters will be dispatched within 2-5 working days. Shipment will be delayed by 1-3 days during legal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
1.Small spare parts will be delivered by standard express, tracking number can be checked in My Orders.
2.Complete heavy machinery will be transported via special bulk logistics. Self-pickup at county freight stations is default. Door-to-door delivery service is available with extra fees, please consult customer service for details.
3. Freight Policy
Free shipping is available for bulk small orders. Freight for complete machines shall be paid upon pickup. Extra logistics cost applies to remote areas such as Xinjiang, Xizang, Qinghai and Inner Mongolia, please confirm price difference with service before ordering.
4. Inspection Notice
Please fully inspect the machine appearance and all accessories before receiving goods. Take photos and reject damaged packages on site if there are dents or missing parts. No compensation will be offered for damage reported after signature.
5. Logistics Tracking
Express tracking info is accessible in order page. After large machinery is shipped, our service team will provide freight station contact number for you to track shipment status.
