1. Platform Service Statement

1.Nosumstar is an online sales platform for agricultural machinery. All product pictures, parameters and prices are for reference only; the final transaction shall be subject to the order confirmed with customer service.

2.By registering, browsing or placing orders on our site, you fully read and agree to all these terms. Please stop using our services if you disagree with any clause.

3.Our platform only provides product display, order transaction and after-sales coordination. Equipment production, logistics delivery and on-site maintenance are undertaken by our cooperative factories and logistics providers.

2. Account Rules

1.Users shall submit valid contact information and delivery address. Any loss or delayed shipment caused by incorrect information shall be borne by users.

2.Accounts are for personal use only. Transferring or selling accounts is prohibited. We take no responsibility for disputes or losses arising from account leakage.

3.Accounts that send false information, make malicious inquiries or place fake orders will be restricted or banned permanently.

3. Order & Payment Policy

1.Quotations do not include logistics freight or door-to-door installation fees. Freight of full machines shall be paid on pickup; extra cost for remote areas must be confirmed in advance.

2.Orders enter production after full payment. In-stock goods ship within 48 hours, customized machines take 2-7 working days. Unreasonable order cancellation mid-production is not supported.

3.Volume discounts only apply to the current order, not retroactive or accumulative for future orders.

4. After-sales Policy

1.Warranty covers only natural failure of original factory parts. Man-made damage and wearing parts (blades, belts, screens etc.) are excluded from free warranty.

2.All goods must be inspected on site before signature. Claims for dents or missing parts after receiving will be rejected. Clear photos and videos are required for quality fault after-sales application.

3.Return & exchange service is only available for factory defective products. All round-trip freight and storage fees shall be covered by users if you refuse delivery unilaterally.

5. Intellectual Property

1.All texts, images, product designs and videos on this website are our intellectual property. Reproduction, commercial use or modification without written permission is forbidden.

2.We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized commercial use of our materials.
